What we do

We handle the whole outside of your house

Gutters, guards, siding, and roofing. Getting all four from one crew means they actually work together to keep water out, and you deal with one person start to finish instead of three contractors who each blame the other.

Seamless Gutters
01

Seamless Gutters

Custom-formed 5-inch and 6-inch aluminum gutters, cut to length right in your driveway, so the only joints are where they have to be. Fewer seams, fewer leaks, priced up front.

  • 5-inch and 6-inch K-style seamless aluminum
  • Formed on site to the exact length of each run
  • Heavier-gauge aluminum in 25-plus baked-on colors
  • Hidden hangers screwed to the fascia, not old-style spikes

Gutter Guards
02

Gutter Guards

Guards that keep leaves, pine needles, and roof grit out of the trough so the water gets to the downspout, not over the side. Fitted to your gutters and your trees, not sold one-size-fits-all.

  • Micro-mesh and screen options, matched to your trees
  • Fitted to your existing gutters or installed with new ones
  • Mesh rated for pine needles and fine roof grit
  • Screwed down and sealed, not just snapped in

Siding
03

Siding

Vinyl and steel siding that seals the house against Minnesota weather and ties into the gutters and roof as one water-shedding system. New trim, house wrap, and clean lines included.

  • Vinyl and steel siding, plus insulated options
  • Weather-resistant house wrap behind everything
  • Fascia, soffit, and trim wrapped to match
  • Tied into the gutter and roof water plan

Roofing

Roofing

Asphalt shingle and metal roofs installed for Minnesota winters, with ice-and-water protection at the eaves, proper venting, and new flashing. The roof your gutters depend on.

  • Architectural asphalt shingles and standing-seam metal
  • Full tear-off with a decking inspection
  • Ice-and-water shield at eaves, valleys, and penetrations
  • Balanced intake and exhaust ventilation

How it works

Here's how a job goes

No mystery to it. From your first call to the last screw swept out of the driveway, here's exactly what happens.

01

Call or request an estimate

Tell us about your house and what's going on. We answer or call back, usually the same day.

02

We measure and quote it

We come out, measure the roofline in person, and hand you a written price with the options spelled out. No pressure to sign.

03

We schedule and do the work

We show up when we said we would, protect the house and landscaping, and keep the job moving, working quickly and cleaning up as we go.

04

We clean up and stand behind it

We haul off the old material, sweep the yard for stray screws, and back the work with our workmanship guarantee.

What neighbors say

What people around here say

A few words from folks we've done work for.

Zach showed up when he said he would, worked fast, and cleaned everything up before he left. We've been through a couple of heavy summer storms since and haven't had a single problem. Exactly what you want.

Sarah M.

St. Cloud, MN

We'd had three other contractors out and gotten three different stories. Zach actually walked the house, figured out where the water was really coming from, and fixed it. The attention to detail was a different level.

Mike & Jennifer K.

Willmar, MN

He was straight with us about what we needed versus what could wait, which I wasn't expecting. The work came out better than we hoped and the price was fair. Would hire him again without thinking about it.

David L.

Hutchinson, MN

Why Gutter Co.

Why people go with us

Picking a contractor mostly comes down to whether you can trust them. We're local and owner-operated, and we have to see you around town, so we do the job right the first time.

You deal with the owner

You're hiring Zach, not a call center. He's on the roof and on the phone, so the person who quotes your job is the one who does it.

Built for Minnesota weather

Every system is sized and sealed for the rain, snowmelt, and ice dams we actually get here, not a generic spec from some out-of-state chain.

One crew for the whole exterior

Gutters, guards, siding, and roofing from the same people, so the water plan lines up from roof to ground and nobody points fingers.

The quote is the price

You get a written estimate up front with what drives the cost. No surprise add-ons tacked on at the end.

Storm or overflow

Gutters overflowing? Storm tear something loose?

A ripped-off downspout or a gutter dumping water against the house shouldn't wait. Call and we'll get out to take a look.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight

Do you charge for an estimate?

No. We come out, look at your roofline, measure it, and give you a written price with no pressure to sign anything. If the number works for you, we book a date. If it doesn't, you've lost nothing.

What's the difference between seamless and the gutters from the hardware store?

Store gutters come in 10-foot sections that get joined together every few feet, and every one of those joints is a spot that can leak or pull apart over time. We run your gutters in one continuous piece, cut to length on site, so the only seams are at the corners and the downspouts. Fewer seams, fewer leaks.

Will gutter guards actually keep my gutters from clogging?

They keep leaves, pine needles, and roof grit out of the trough, so water gets to the downspout instead of backing up. No guard is truly maintenance-free in a yard full of oaks and pines, but a good one turns a twice-a-year ladder job into an occasional rinse. We'll tell you honestly whether guards make sense for your trees.

Do you do repairs, or only full replacements?

Both. If a section is sagging, a downspout came loose, or a seam is dripping, we can fix that. If the gutters are undersized or shot, we'll say so and price a replacement instead of selling you a patch that won't hold.

What areas do you cover?

We're based in Cokato and work across central Minnesota — Dassel, Litchfield, Hutchinson, St. Cloud, Willmar, and the towns around them. If you're not sure whether you're in range, call and ask.

When is the best time to replace gutters in Minnesota?

Spring through fall for the install itself. The bigger reason to not wait is ice dams: gutters and downspouts that drain right, plus the roof and siding that go with them, are your first defense against the meltwater that refreezes at the eaves every winter here. It's worth having it right before the snow flies.

Do you haul away the old gutters and clean up?

Yes. We take down the old runs, pull the old spikes and hangers, haul all of it off, and run a magnet for stray screws before we leave. Your yard looks like we were never there, except for the new gutters.

What does the workmanship guarantee mean?

If a seam or joint we installed leaks, we come back and fix it — you don't pay again. We'd rather stand behind the work than argue about it. That's the whole point of being the local company you can drive to.
